Equal Employment Opportunity Statement

M3 USA is committed to providing a fair and equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to a persons protected status, such as veteran status, uniformed service member status, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, gender (including gender identity and/or expression), disability (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), age, citizenship status, genetic information, or any other protected group status as determined by federal, state, local legislation or other factors that are unrelated to the legitimate business interests of M3. M3 USA complies with applicable state and local laws governing non-discrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities. We do not condone or tolerate an atmosphere of intimidation or harassment based on any protected group status. This commitment applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including, but not limited to, recruitment, selection, placement, promotion, termination, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, training, and benefits.

M3 USA is completely committed to these principles—not only because of the various laws which address these subjects—but because it is the right thing to do. We expect and require the cooperation of all associates in maintaining a discrimination and harassment-free atmosphere.

The Company will endeavor to make a reasonable accommodation to the known physical or mental limitations of qualified employees with disabilities unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the operation of our business. If you need assistance to perform your job duties because of a physical or mental condition, please let your supervisor or HR know. The Company will not allow any form of retaliation against individuals who raise issues of equal employment opportunity.

In order to ensure dissemination and implementation of Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action throughout all levels of the company, Marina Lamitina, Human Resources Director, acts as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager and is responsible to establish and maintain internal audit and reporting systems to allow for effective measurement of M3’s programs. In furtherance of M3’s policy regarding Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity, M3 USA has developed a written Affirmative Action Program which sets forth the policies, practices and procedures that the Company is committed to in order to ensure that its policy of nondiscrimination and affirmative action is accomplished.

M3 USA’s CEO and senior leadership team regularly receive and review affirmative action reports and have the responsibility to monitor progress, reinforce policies and hold the organization accountable to meet objectives.

This Affirmative Action Plan is available in the Human Resources office for inspection by any employee or applicant for employment upon request, during normal business hours. Interested persons should contact the HR department for assistance.
